    We’ll take into account the results from your Ayurvedic Dosha Reading to guide this 1:1 session. During this dosha-centered practice, you’ll get a glimpse into your healthiest, most-balanced self.

    Feeling stuck? Time to reclaim your power and purpose by igniting the internal fire. Recommended for those who are feeling stagnant, starting over, or rising from rock bottom. Our signature Pa’lante intention.

  • Look Within

    A deep yin-style practice, we will work into the connective tissues + bones and elongate the muscles. Holding postures for 3-10 minutes each, this practice is equally as challenging for the body as it is for the mind. Recommended for those seeking flexibility, both mentally and physically.

    Take your fitness to another level with yoga as part of your cross training routine. Recommended for those looking to gain strength + mobility + flexibility for overall performance and injury prevention.

  • CHILL OUT

    Yoga dedicated to slowing down: body & mind. Your sessions will be centered around calm + grounding movement and the utilization of supportive props. Recommended for those who are stressed, anxious, overwhelmed, or exhausted.
